Privacy of client information is our highest priority and we have strong measures to ensure confidentiality and security of the information entrusted with us.

Concern for security permeates all our operations. We handle confidentiality and security from different perspectives

1	Legal / NDA	We sign Non Disclosure Agreements with each employee at the time of recruitment. This ensures legal binding on the part of employee to ensure confidentiality of invention/patent information
2	Training	We sensitize new joiners on data security and confidentiality issues at the time of initial training
3	Information Systems	We have well documented and communicated polices on Internet usage, Computer usage and Email Usage Policies. We also have firewalls and other mechanism that goes a long way in ensuring the privacy of client information.
4	Facility	We track and audit visitors to our premises and their purpose.

As a part of the policies on confidentiality and security, we have following documented policies which ensure confidentiality and security of information. Each team member at Dextrasys reads and signs off these policies at the time of joining

• Internet usage Policy
• Computer usage Policy
• Email usage policy
• We sign NDA (Non disclosure agreements) with each client
• Employees can not use Floppy, CD, DVD, USB drives at work; Usage of cell phones with in the work area is restricted
• We have password protected networking systems which are fire walled and can not be intruded by outsiders

Our production facility where confidential information is processed restrict access to only authorized personnel.
